The Foodborne Illness Reporter can speed up the process in reporting an illness caused by any food/products that the user consumes.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)-compliant surveillance information is shared routinely with the CDC as part of the Nationally Notifiable Diseases Surveillance and with public health partners and practitioners throughout the state.
